Genevieve Trigg - Attorney and Founder of Sol Solutions


Genevieve is the founder and principal of Sol Solutions where she is passionate about delivering strategic solutions with experience, efficiency and value to drive her client’s projects forward. She has represented a number of Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and start-ups on a host of regulatory, real property tax, environmental and real estate development issues. She has extensive experience in the areas of commercial real estate, renewable energy, and all aspects of project development, including obtaining local and state permits, land use and zoning approvals, and environmental review. Genevieve is also experienced with regard to the acquisition, disposition, development and the re-development of commercial and industrial real property, commercial leasing, and construction law, including the preparation and negotiation of all transactional documentation.


Genevieve graduated cum laude from St. John’s University, and received her law degree from Albany Law School.


She is admitted to practice law in New York, and also has her broker’s license in New York; both of which are in good standing.
